Prices depend on your company size, counted from the active Employees in Core. You never pick or upgrade it: if you grow mid-month, the bigger size applies only from that day.

How billing works

  1. Step 1

    7 days free

    Every paid service starts with 7 free days, once per company. Turn it off any time during them and you pay nothing.

  2. Step 2

    Paid in advance

    When the free days end you pay for the rest of that month, at the price per day, then the whole month on the 1st. Or pay a year at a time.

  3. Step 3

    One invoice a month

    On the 1st every monthly service you keep lands on one card payment, with a line per service so you see exactly what you paid for.

  4. Step 4

    Stop when you like

    Switch off a service's Auto-renew and it ends when its paid month or year does. Its records are kept for when you need it again.

Example: growing mid-month

A Small company has Attendance and Payroll on and hires its 26th employee on the 10th. Nothing to upgrade: the first 10 days are charged at Small, the other 20 at Medium.

Questions

What is a suite?
A group of related services, like Human Resource or Logistics. You never pay for a whole suite: you turn on only the services inside it that you need.
Why do services cost different amounts?
Each service has a price level: Light, Standard or Heavy, set by how much work it does for you. Payroll computes taxes and contributions for everyone, so it is Heavy; Recruitment is used only while you hire, so it is Light.
How is my company size counted?
From the active Employees in Core (not archived or separated), every day. You never choose or upgrade it. Hire your 26th person and Medium prices apply from that day; if people leave, it drops back the same way.
What do I pay when I turn a service on mid-month?
The days left in that month at the price per day, never more than a month's price, charged when its 7 free days end (or at once if they are used). From then on it renews on the 1st.
Can I turn a service off?
Any time during its free days, and you pay nothing. After that, switch off its Auto-renew: it stays on until its paid month or year ends, then turns off. Nothing paid is refunded, and your records are kept.
How do I pay?
By card, through our payment provider, which also issues your invoices. The first paid service asks for a card once; every service after that is charged to the same card.
What if a payment fails?
You have 3 days to update your card. After that, paid services pause until the invoice is paid. Core and your records stay available.
Is there an annual plan?
No. You pay monthly, only for what you use, and can stop any time after the minimum.
